Aces Employment Application Deadline Set for Monday

After receiving nearly 1,000 applications over the last two weeks, the Reno Aces have set a deadline of Monday, Feb. 14 at noon for all ballpark operations job applications for the 2011 season at Aces Ballpark.

Until that point, applications will be available online at www.RenoAces.com, and they may also be filled out at Aces Ballpark between 10 a.m. and noon on Monday.

The Aces are set to hire 150 new employees for the 2011 season, including guest services personnel, security guards, valet attendants and custodial employees.

Applications for the Aces' entertainment crew and various other marketing, promotions and production positions will continue to be accepted over the next few weeks. Potential candidates should check www.RenoAces.com in the coming days for various new openings.

Levy Restaurants, the concessionaire for Aces Ballpark, will be holding a job fair for the 2011 season on Feb. 25—26. The job fair will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25 and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 26. Applicants should enter via the Rotunda Gate at Aces Ballpark, between the box office and team store.

The Aces will open their 2011 home slate on April 15, and will enjoy home games on Memorial Day, Labor Day and the holiday weekend prior to Independence Day. Full and partial season ticket plans are on-sale now. Visit www.RenoAces.com or call (775) 334-4700 today for more information.
