LAS VEGAS (AP) - Wynn Resorts, Ltd. CEO Steve Wynn is officially divorced for the second time from his wife, Elaine.
Court records obtained Wednesday by The Associated Press show the split was finalized by a family court judge in Las Vegas on Jan. 5.
Specific terms of the divorce were not disclosed. A court spokesman says the case is still sealed, as it has been since it was filed last March.
The decree says Elaine Wynn will keep her surname, continuing to be known as Elaine Farrell Pascal Wynn.
The order says the Wynns have personality conflicts so deep that they are not reconcilable.
The decree says the couple will split their property under a Nov. 19 settlement ruled to be fair.
A spokeswoman for the Las Vegas-based casino operator declined comment.
