Sparks police need your help catching a guy who tried to lure a 12-year-old girl into his van three times in three weeks.
He's a white man, taller than 6'0", about 220 pounds and has brown hair, a goatee and a birthmark on the right side of his face.
He was last seen driving a white cargo van with Nevada sunset plates.
The right side of the vehicle has primer, the left side of the vehicle has minor collision damage and a small square tinted window on the left side toward the back.
