Man pleads not guilty in Vegas Strip slaying case

Associated Press - June 4, 2009 3:44 PM ET

LAS VEGAS (AP) - A 28-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and robbery with a deadly weapon in the death of a waiter whose body was found outside Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip.

A Clark County District Court spokesman said Thursday that a judge set trial Oct. 27 for Bryan Hall.

Hall was indicted May 29 in the death of 27-year-old Bradley Flamm after Flamm left work at Tevi restaurant. Authorities say Flamm was bludgeoned with a grapefruit-sized rock and stabbed in the neck. His body was found early May 11 in bushes near a Forum Shops loading dock.

Hall used to work at the same restaurant, but authorities say they don't know a motive for the attack.
